new error 80070241

Im getting this error message at 39% ....... i was previously getting a different one from this, i forget what it is, but im not getting it any more... i think it was 80070214 im not sure....
Ive done some of the suggestions on previous threads on deactivating OneCare Live...
Can anyone help at all...... in lamen-terms :P
